Group Classes

Sessions in groups are designed to cultivate social motivation amongst the participants by watching other members who are on the same journey as themselves, towards a healthy and perfectly shaped body. These sessions also help you socially connect with other women who are like-minded and believe in a healthy lifestyle like you. Group sessions are still led by one of our certified trainers who guide you from the front, however, you have people around to discuss, exchange encouragement, and laugh off any blooper you might make while following the trainer.
